Audio On Understanding What Motivates You to Succeed Contributed by Our Friends at Habits of the Wealthy

In today's episode of 7 Good Minutes, we talk about the importance of understanding what motivates you to succeed.

What motivates you to succeed?

In this episode, we will explore the different things that can motivate us to achieve our goals. Once you know what drives you, it becomes easier to stay focused and push through any challenges that come your way.

There is no one answer to the question “what motivates you to succeed?” What works for one person may not work for another. However, there are some things that tend to be universally motivating factors for people who want to achieve success in their careers.

One common motivator for people who want to succeed in their careers is the desire to earn more money. Of course, there is certainly nothing wrong with wanting to earn a good salary. But if your only motivation is financial, it's possible that you'll become easily discouraged if you don't see results quickly.

It can also lead to burnout if you're constantly chasing after that next raise or promotion without taking time to enjoy your life outside of work.

Another motivator that can help you achieve success in your career is the desire to make a positive impact on the world. This could manifest itself in wanting to make a difference in your industry, make your community a better place, or even just making sure that your team members feel valued and supported.

Whatever form it takes, this type of motivation can be incredibly powerful and will help you weather the inevitable setbacks and challenges that come with any career.

Finally, many successful people are motivated by a combination of internal and external factors. For example, you may be driven to meet your own high standards and expectations while also wanting to earn recognition from your peers or superiors. Or you may want to create a legacy that lasts long after you've retired from your career.

Whatever combination of motivators works for you, recognizing what drives you can be helpful in keeping yourself motivated when the going gets tough.

Understanding what drives you can be helpful in keeping yourself on track when pursuing your career goals. Whether it's the desire to earn more money, make a positive impact on the world around you, or create a legacy that lasts long after you're gone, knowing what motivates you is an important part of achieving success.

Habits of the Wealthy channel was launched back in 2015 by founder NichoLas Le. He realized that there was a lack of resources and options for people to receive real world help and advice in regards to their image, knowledge and growing.

Our goal is to help you live and feel the best that you can...every day of your life.

Habits of the Wealthy channel strives to offer a positive and uplifting voice in a sea of negativity.

For more than 40 years, Jim Rohn honed his craft like a skilled artist helping people the world over sculpt life strategies that expanded their imagination of what is possible.

Those who had the privilege of hearing him speak can attest to the elegance and common sense of his material. It is no coincidence, then, that he is still widely regarded as one of the most influential thinkers of our time, and thought of by many as a national treasure.

He authored countless books and audio and video programs and helped motivate and shape an entire generation of personal-development trainers and hundreds of executives from America’s top corporations.

Jim focused on the fundamentals of human behavior that most affect personal and business performance. His is the standard to which those who seek to teach and inspire others are compared. He possessed the unique ability to bring extraordinary insights into ordinary principles and events, and the combination of his substance and style still captures the imagination of those who hear or read his words.
