Glossary Term: Goal

A goal is a desired outcome or result that a person sets for themselves. It's something that you strive to achieve and is often accompanied by a sense of personal satisfaction once it's reached.

Some common examples of personal goals include losing weight, quitting smoking, saving money, and learning a new skill. But really, any goal that matters to you can be classified as a personal goal.

The key to achieving your goals lies in developing a plan of action and then sticking to it. So if you're serious about accomplishing your personal goals, start by creating a roadmap outlining the steps you need to take to get there. And remember to celebrate each achievement along the way, small steps taken toward a larger goal.
