In today's episode of 7 Good Minutes, we talk about harnessing the power of your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is infinitely powerful and always working, even when you're not aware of it. It's responsible for things like keeping your heart rate regulated and digesting food. But it's also responsible for your habits, fears, and beliefs.

By harnessing the power of your subconscious mind, you can create lasting positive change in your life.

The first step is to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. Your subconscious mind is influenced by everything you think and feel, so it's important to be conscious of your thoughts and emotions. Once you're aware of what's going on in your mind, you can start to take control of your thoughts and feelings.

For example, if you're worried about an upcoming presentation at work, take a few deep breaths and focus on positive affirmations instead. When you start to see the situation in a more positive light, your subconscious will respond accordingly.

It's also important to take action toward your goals. Your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and what's imaginary, so it will believe whatever you tell it. If you repeatedly tell yourself that you're not good enough or that you'll never reach your goals, your subconscious mind will BELIEVE those things to be true.

On the other hand, if you focus on taking small steps towards your goals each day, your subconscious mind will help you to achieve them. The more evidence you give your subconscious mind that something is possible, the more likely it is to become reality.

Harnessing the power of your subconscious mind is a process that takes time and effort, but it's well worth it. By taking control of your thoughts and emotions and taking action toward your goals, you can create lasting positive change in your life.

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be able to accomplish anything they set their mind to while others struggle to achieve their goals? The answer may lie in understanding and harnessing the power of your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is responsible for creating your reality. It makes up approximately 95% of your total brainpower and yet most people never learn how to tap into its power. The good news is that understanding how your subconscious mind works are the first step in learning how to harness its power.

With that knowledge, you can begin to make conscious decisions that will lead you to the life you've always dreamed of.

How Your Subconscious Mind Works

Your subconscious mind is like a computer that is programmed to automatically carry out certain tasks based on the information it has been given. Just as you don't have to think about how to tie your shoes or brush your teeth, your subconscious mind doesn't have to think about how to keep your heart beating or digest food.

Once you understand this, it becomes clear that the key to achieving your goals is feeding your mind the right information.

The problem is that most people are unaware of the power of their subconscious mind and as a result, they are not feeding it with positive, helpful information. Instead, they are feeding it with negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding them back from achieving their goals.

If you want to change your life, you need to change the information you are feeding your subconscious mind.

Here are three ways to do just that:

1. Be Aware of Your Thoughts

The first step in changing the information you feed your subconscious mind is becoming aware of your thoughts. You can't change what you're not aware of so it's important to start paying attention to the thoughts running through your head on a daily basis. A great way to do this is by keeping a journal and writing down your thoughts every day.

Once you become aware of which thoughts are holding you back, you can start working on changing them.

2. Choose Your Words Carefully

Your words have immense power so it's important to choose them wisely. When you speak negatively about yourself, it programs your subconscious mind to believe those things are true which then manifests in your reality.

For example, if you tell yourself “I'm such a procrastinator,” chances are you'll find yourself putting off tasks more often than not because that's what your subconscious mind will believe. On the other hand, if you tell yourself “I'm an incredibly capable person,” it programs your subconscious mind for success which then manifests in your reality.

Choose your words carefully and always speak kindly to yourself.

3. Repetition is Key

Whenever you want something new in life whether it's a new job, a new relationship, or more money, it's important that you feed your subconscious mind with information about what it is that you want on a daily basis until it becomes second nature. An easy way to do this is by writing down or reciting affirmations related to what it is that you want on a daily basis until those things manifest in reality.

The bottom line is this: if you want to change your life, start by changing the information you feed your subconscious mind on a daily basis. Be mindful of your thoughts, choose your words carefully, and repeat affirmations related to what it is that you want until those things manifest in reality.
