In today's episode of 7 Good Minutes, we learn How To Use Your Personal Power To Get What You Want.
We all have personal power. But what is personal power and how do we access it? Personal power is the combination of our spiritual, mental, and physical energy. It is our ability to create change in our lives and the lives of others. We access our personal power by connecting to our higher self, or our intuition.
When we live in alignment with our personal power, we are able to manifest our desires and create the life we want to live. We are also able to create positive change in the world around us. When we are disconnected from our personal power, we may feel lost, confused, and stuck.
We may feel like we are not in control of our life and that we are at the mercy of circumstances. However, when we connect to our personal power, we remember that we are the co-creators of our lives and that we have the ability to create change.
There are many ways to connect to your personal power. Some people meditate, others pray, and others journal. Each person has their own unique way of connecting to their personal power.
The most important thing is that you find a way that works for you and that you make a commitment to connecting with your personal power on a daily basis.
When you do, you will begin to see positive changes in your life and in the world around you.
We all have personal power within us. It is our ability to create change in ourselves and in the world around us. When we connect to our personal power, we remember that we are the co-creators of our lives and that anything is possible.
