They can be big or small anything from your health to a great parking spot.

Over time, you'll start to see just how much good there is in your life!

3. Give back.

Helping others has been shown to have a lasting effect on happiness levels. When you give back, you not only make someone else's life better—you make yourself feel good, too. There are plenty of ways to get involved, whether it's volunteering at a local shelter or simply doing something nice for a neighbor or friend.

Donate old clothes to charity, offer to babysit for free, or help out at a food drive. No act of kindness is too small!

There are lots of simple things you can do to boost your happiness levels and live a more fulfilling life. Get moving, focus on the positive things in your life, and give back to others and soon enough, you'll notice a difference!
