Rejection can be a big obstacle to overcome, but it's not impossible. Here are some tips on how you can start overcoming your fear of rejection today.

Identify Your Triggers

The first step to overcoming your fear of rejection is to identify what specifically triggers your anxiety. Is it speaking in public? Is it meeting new people? Is it going on job interviews? Once you know what situations trigger your anxiety, you can start to address them head-on.

Work on Your Confidence

A large part of overcoming your fear of rejection is increasing your self-confidence. If you don't believe in yourself, it will be very difficult to convince others to believe in you. Start by practicing positive self-talk and looking for things that you're proud of about yourself.
